Teen and Youth Committee
The Teen and Youth Committee at Moraine Camplands focuses on organizing and overseeing activities for the younger members of the campground. Their primary goal is to provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment for teens and children, offering a variety of recreational and social activities that cater to different age groups.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating events, such as youth campfires, games, and outdoor adventures.
- Ensuring activities are inclusive and encourage teamwork, leadership, and friendships.
- Working with campground staff to ensure that activities meet the needs of younger members.
- Addressing any concerns related to youth involvement in the campground.
In addition to planning events, the Teen and Youth Committee helps to ensure that the needs of younger members are met within the campground. This includes ensuring that the facilities and activities are age-appropriate and that any concerns related to youth involvement are addressed.
